If you have received an SMS or email from us about suspending your Sky but you are able to operate and wish to continue showing live sport please fill in the form and we will ensure you Sky service remains unaffected.


I have had to close my venue and want to suspend my Sky

We would like to reassure you that we will suspend your Sky service and billing as we don’t want any customers paying for their Sky service if they are unable to open due to Government restrictions. You should have received details of your suspension dates via SMS or email but if you haven’t or need further information please contact us.

I was told my Sky service was being suspended but I have still have viewing

Please bear with us as we work through the changes needed to action updates across all Sky Business accounts, unless you filled in the form requesting we don’t suspend your Sky service and billing you won’t be charged for this period.


I am now able to open. How do I bring forward my service resumption date?
