We understand that there are different timetables for easing lockdown and the position is being regularly reviewed. Customers whose reopening date have been recently announced, don’t yet have a confirmed date to reopen or who are unable to open due to local lockdown, intervention, health and safety or local authority guidance should complete and submit the below form. All other customers should contact us directly to discuss your account.

How long can I suspend my service for?
Independent customers can suspend their service for a maximum of 90 days. Group customers can suspend up until 1 September and should contact the Group Admin team with any queries.
Does this discount include all my Sky retailed channels?
Yes, the discount includes add on products you may subscribe to including; Racing TV, Sky Sports Racing and BoxNation. This does not apply to Sky Box Office charges.
I was receiving a discount on my Sky subscription before my account was suspended. Will I get this as well?
Yes, any software discounts we have previously agreed with you will continue to apply (expiring 31 August at the earliest) and the support discount will be added on top. Please bear with us as we work through the changes needed to action these updates across all Sky Business accounts as this might take longer than usual.
What live sport can I show on Sky Sports?
The return of the 19/20 Premier League and the EFL Championship season and there is still everything to play for, with scores to settle, relegation to avoid and titles to be won.
