FAQ's

I’ve submitted my suspension. How do I bring forward my service resumption date?

Please contact us directly to update the suspension dates on your account and we will be able to reinstate your viewing within 4- 6 hours.

How long will it take to reinstate my Sky Service?

Once you have requested to reinstate your Sky viewing will be activated within 4- 6 hours.

I haven’t got a definitive end date to inform my resumption of service date?

We will automatically align suspension dates to those announced by official governing bodies, but if you don’t know when this will be or are unable to reopen despite official lockdown measures being lifted please contact us to discuss your account.

If I suspend my Sky what happens to my minimum term?

If you have any time of your Minimum Term remaining on your Agreement, this will stop as soon as your Sky Business service is suspended and will restart when your service is activated. Any time lapsed while your account is suspended will not count towards your Minimum Term.
