This form is only for customers whose reopening date have recently been announced, don’t yet have a confirmed date to reopen or who are unable to open due to local lockdown, intervention, health and safety or local authority guidance All other customers should contact us directly to discuss your account.

I have had to close my venue due to a local lockdown, what shall I do?

If you are not authorised to open your venue, on your request, we will suspend your Sky subscription payments and service until the date you are officially able to reopen. Please fill in the Reopening My Venue form and we will process the suspension. Please note this means your viewing will also be suspended and you will not be able to view channels within your Sky subscription until the date you reopen.

I haven’t got a definitive reopening date for my venue?

We will automatically align suspension dates to those announced by official governing bodies, but if you don’t have a confirmed reopening or are unable to reopen despite official lockdown measures being lifted please contact us to discuss your account.

My Sky is suspended but I am now reopening how to do I reinstate my service?

Please contact us directly to update the suspension dates on your account and we will be able to reinstate your viewing within 4- 6 hours.

How long will it take to get my viewing up and running?

Once you have requested to reinstate your Sky viewing will be activated within 4- 6 hours.
