Many of us are worried about the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) on our people and our businesses.  With so much uncertainty and concern, we wanted to let you know what we are doing at Sky to support you.

We understand that these are challenging times for many of our Sky Business venues who rely on showing live sport in a social environment to attract customers and revenue. We would like to reassure you that from 14 March we will not be charging you for your Sky Sports service until a live sport schedule returns. 

There is no need for you to take any action at this time, you will shortly receive a separate letter from us confirming that this change has been made to your Sky account. 

We fully appreciate that these are challenging times for you and your business.  Serving our customers and doing what we can to support you is very important to us and we will continue to closely monitor the situation as it develops.
