Dear customer,

With Northern Ireland’s circuit breaker lockdown restrictions confirmed to be lifted on 27 November 2020 we wanted to provide you with information about your Sky service and the support available to you.

Sky Viewing and Billing
Your Sky viewing has been switched on and billing will resume from 27 November 2020, your monthly payment will be adjusted once your account has been updated and you won’t be charged for any Sky services during the time of national restrictions. If your Sky box has been switched off during lockdown, we would recommend checking your equipment and following our simple step-by-step guide.

Extending your Sky Suspension
We understand that these are challenging times and not everyone will open straightaway. We would like to reassure you that if you are unable to open from 27 November you can suspend your Sky subscription payment and service* by visiting our online form. Please complete the form no later than DATE, otherwise you may be billed for your Sky service.

Please bear with us as we work through the changes needed to action these updates across Sky Business accounts, you won’t be charged for any time your account was suspended due to lockdown restrictions.

Yours sincerely

Simon Raggett
Managing Director, Sky Business
